We uploaded a picture to a letter and when it sent out automatically the letter came in stating the image was unavailable because they don’t have privileges to see it or because it was removed. Neither is the case.
How can we add a photo to a letter and have it show when emailed out?
I recommend submitting a Help Ticket to our support team so they can investigate. Please provide a link to the Letter you are using, a link to the image and an example of an acknowledgement where the image is not displaying.
