I am trying to add a recurring payment through the the individuals profile, I selected new gift and filled out all the information and submitted but it gives me an error message.
How can I add through their profile rather than through an actionpage from our website?

Without trying it again I cant see it. I would do it again other than I just noticed that it said the action couldnt be completed becasuse of the error however I received a thank you letter via email for it (I am setting up a payment for myself). I went back into my profile and noticed that a transaction was created but the status says cancelled and under payments the status says declined.
If you want to take a look it is under Tristen Cali and the transaction number is 000009534
There is no reason it should be declined as the card is a debit card. Also I tried to make do it twice and only one came through this way.
Actually I just looked again and it did create two transactions one for each attepmt I made to submit the paymnet. The other transaction number is: 000009533
Is there anyway you can call me so we can talk this through?
