I have given the same custom layout for the Individuals page to all of my users, yet they do not see it when they log in, and cannot access it once they are in. How can I correct this?
Are your users missing Causeview related fields and sections? If this is the case they likely do not have a license of Causeview assigned to them. If they do have a license of Causeview, then you may want to check field level security for the Contact (Individual) object.
