When you access the new customer support portal, you will notice a large search box located on the home page. This is used as the starting point in the support process. Begin by entering the topic you wish to search for. Your search will present you with relevant articles that relate directly with your search term. A brief preview of the article will be shown under the article name. Select the article you wish to read.
Also located on the homepage is a quick link to the Getting Started section of the portal, Q & A, and a link to create a new help ticket. The Getting Started section will provide you with a few articles about the basics of Causeview and to get you going on using Causeview with your non profit organization.
