Creating an Account

    Causeview customers are able to create user accounts to connect with Breakeven Inc.’s help support team, access customer or partner only articles, and submit customer support tickets to get support from Breakeven Inc.’s customer support team. The new, more advanced portal will simplify your customer support needs, allowing you to get access to important information and get access to support documentation 24 hours a day 7 days a week.


    If you were using our previous customer portal, you will need to activate your account on the new support portal. You should have received an email explaining that we have set up a new support portal and to reset your password. If you have lost this email, please contact Breakeven Support to resubmit the reset. We ask that you do not create a new account, since your old account will have been ported over.


    If you are new to the customer support portal and are a Causeview client, you can sign up directly for a free support account by clicking on the Create Account button at the top of the page. Complete the steps in the signup process. You will then receive an email with your username and temporary password. When you first login, you will be required to set a new, self chosen password that you will use in the future to access the support portal. Make sure you keep your user name and password secure to ensure that no one else gains access to your information.


    Once you have created your account, you will be able to access your help tickets, your private documentation, and other information relative to your account with Breakeven. We hope you will find the support portal easy to use.
