Using Tasks

    Tasks are the activities that must be completed but do not have a specific start time. My tasks show a listing of these activities and access to the edit screen for creating a new task.

    Tasks can be set with specific end dates and can be viewed as a list organized by those end dates. The list viewing options are as follows:

    The New Task edit screen enables the assignment of the task, a subject, the due date, the ability to relate it to a record, set the status and priority, set reminders, and attaches a file to the task. Assigned To will be automatically filled in with the new name of the logged in user.

    Click save when you have completed creating your new task.
