    Description

    Contact Roll-Up Job

    The Contact Rollup job has been updated to be more efficient and to reduce the duration it takes to complete the job.

    iATS: New Gift Interface – Currency Pick List Value Update (Only for Multi-Currency enabled Orgs)

    Multi-Currency enabled organizations will have an updated Currency picklist on the New Gift Interface. The Currency picklist will contain the Currency Code along with the Merchant Account Username to differentiate for any organizations that have multiple active merchant accounts for the same currency.

    New Gift Batch – ACH Account Type not required

    Account Type (Checking/Saving) for an ACH payment is not required by iATS payment gateway. Gift batch has been updated so that the Account Type field is not set as a required field.

    New Gift Interface Update – Multi Currency

    For Multi-Currency enabled orgs, the New Gift interface displays only active Merchant Accounts. To support offline recurring gifts, the New Gift Interface has been updated to pick up all active currencies that are setup in the Salesforce instance under Currency Setup.

    Recurring Gift - Bank Name field length updated

    Bank Name field length on the Recurring Gift object is now updated from 40 to 50 characters.

    New Recurring Gift Management – Country Picklist

    On the New Recurring Gift Management page, if the associated contact does not have a Country specified to their record, the page was defaulting to the United States. This has been updated so that it will now default to the user’s Country if the contact is missing this value.

    Sorting Capability on Post to Finance

    On Post to Finance, you now have the capability to sort on each field. The generated (CSV/Excel) file will also take this view.

    Description

    Issue with “TrasactionBenifitsTrigger” when trying to create records into Causeview

    There was an issue with writing records into Causeview using a form that contains event levels. It was discovered that they had Event Level Benefits set up without any quantity defined. In order to fix this, issue the “Quantity” field on the Event Level Benefit object is now set to be a required field.

    GL Code to be re-set when you remove a Fund record from an Allocation

    When the Fund record was removed from an Allocation record, it kept the initial Fund’s GL Codes. This behaviour has been updated so that when a Fund is removed, the GL Codes are also cleared on that Allocation record.

    Declined Credit Card Payments in New Gift Batch

    When a credit card payment through the gift batch gets declined, the mandatory fields were cleared out after the page refreshed. This behaviour has been updated so that it retains the values for the user to update and re-submit.

    Editing Offline Recurring Payments

    In CV 2.810 we released a new Recurring Gift Management page. This page however only supports any payments connected to the payment gateway such as ACH, Credit Card and UK Direct Debit. The “Edit” button on the Recurring Gift is now updated so when users click on this button for any offline gifts, it will direct them to the standard Salesforce edit page.

    New Recurring Gift Management Page error

    The new Recurring Gift management page had shown an error when trying to update a Credit Card recurring gift that does not have an expiry date. This bug has been fixed.

    Future Recurring Gifts in Multi-Currency enabled orgs

    When a Recurring gift was setup in a Multi-Currency enabled org, the initial payment was written in the selected currency, however the following payments were written into Causeview with the default organization’s currency. This bug has been fixed.
